A Gift Within…

A young handsome man named geil jobs had just appeared for his University degree and was ready to lead LIFE his own way. His parents passed away when he was barely 2 years old and since then his uncle Geile Vacatures took up the charge of nurturing him. geil jobs led a luxurious life all through his childhood…pampered by his uncle, he got everything he desired for even having to crave for it. In fact, you can say that he was the spoil brat…with all the luxuries at his doorstep. But his uncle’s wealth and possessions never turned out to be a source of satisfaction for geil jobs…the more he got, the more he craved for and this greediness of his increased as he grew up. Now having passed his university degree successfully, his uncle asked him to join his business but young geil jobs had some other plans in mind…he was not ready to take up the burden of business…he wanted to enjoy his life…catch up with his friends at the discotheque, spend lavishly and what not! This disappointed his uncle greatly as he had overlooked all faults of his nephew thinking that one day he would take up all the responsibilities of his business and free him from the worries. Geile Vacatures discussed his problems with a good friend of his… “Tell me Tom, how am I supposed to make him understand…he turns a deaf ear towards my sayings…I asked him to join my business but he is busy spending my possessions. Moreover I don’t even find a way to stop him!”

At this juncture Tom replied “The fault is yours Geile! You never stopped him from anything…gave him whatever he craved for…what he is it’s simply because of you!” “I know Tom, but I can’t see my nephew ruin his life…please help me out!” replied Geile Vacatures. Then Tom gave him an idea and Geile Vacatures seemed quite pleased with it. The next day, geil jobs came up to his uncle and asked him plainly… “Uncle Can you spare $10000 bucks…for several months I have been admiring a sports car…I know you can afford it…uncle I am in desperate need of it!” Saying this, he didn’t even wait for his uncle’s reply…he knew asking for his new car was just a formality…his uncle was sure to gift him that!

The results were declared and geil jobs managed to pass somehow. However, he was more concerned with his gift than with his results. He waited eagerly for his uncle to come and handover the keys of the car to him. Finally, his uncle came up to him and said “Geil look what I have brought for you”, geil jobs noticed a gift box wrapped in colorful paper in his uncle’s hand…he found it a bit strange as his uncle had never presented him anything such a unique way…though a bit stunned yet he opened the box thinking that his uncle must have presented the car’s key in the gift box itself. But alas… to his dismay…he found a book titled “How to be successful in life” inside… “What is it uncle…I never expected this from you…I suppose you were going to present me my new car’s key”…God Damn! Such a stupid gift…I am too disappointed…he simply yelled at his uncle!

Geile Vacatures was stupefied…he thought that his friend’s advice would turn fruitful…but things did take an adverse turn…before he could say anything, he found geil jobs walking out of his house…before he left his last words were “Uncle…you never considered me as your own son…or else you would have presented me what I cherished for!...I’ll show you that even I can purchase a car…I’ll work day and night for it!” These last words kept ringing in Vacatures’ ears.

Several years passed…neither Geil met his uncle nor his uncle tried to contact him. However, it did come to his years that geil jobs led a very successful business and was happy with his family. Then one day, Tom met geil jobs and said “It’s only because your uncle had adhered to my idea and took up that step, that you have turned out so successful in his life today…had your uncle presented you the keys, you never would have earned the fame you acquired today…he made you learn how to face the world and earn for your own self…that was your real gift son…THE GIFT WITHIN” He explained everything to him and geil jobs was filled with a sense of guilt. “How’s my uncle…I want to meet him at once”…saying this he went straightway to his uncle’s house and apologized fro his mistake. “Its ok son…better be late than never…its good you have realized your folly...I am happy now”. And just was geil jobs was about to leave, his uncle stopped him “ Son here are your keys…I bought your car the same day you post-graduated and wait for the right time to present it…I think the time has come…take it” geil jobs was speechless!
